Jet tanks hold 1170 gallons and are constructed of concrete.
Some Jet tanks have a pre-treatment tank consisting of 500 or 1000 gallons.
Some Jet systems include a sump pump depending on configuration.
The Jet tank design incorporates three compartments. The primary, aeration and clarifier.
Normal cleaning is done from the primary and aeration compartments.
If not on a service agreement ONLY primary tank should be cleaned.
Jet BAT tanks have no secondary treatment.
The Jet system uses an aerator that mixes and oxygenates the liquid helping break down solid matter.
Jet BAT tanks have a media in the aeration compartment that needs periodic maintenance.
